Being undead has its privileges – you can still wear ivivva, you can still go to parties, and most importantly you can still do yoga.

How to do the Infected Crow Pose:
- Squat on your mat, ensuring your feet face forward and are parallel
- Put your zombie hands between your feet
- Bend your elbows slightly and put your knees on top (like teddy bear stand)
- Lean forward slowly until your feet are off the ground. Stay balanced!
