ivivva may from time to time offer users the ability to download and use mobile applications. You will have the option of providing other personal information in connection with your use of the mobile application, such as your picture, your physical location, your birthdate and your gender.

You are able to withdraw your permission for ivivva to acquire pinpointed location information from your device through your device settings, although ivivva does not control this process. The mobile application may use the geo-location features of that application (GPS or network-based) to support your use of location-based tools.

Some of our mobile applications allow you to connect with Facebook and import your Facebook information, such as your friends’ names, as well as your device contact list (collectively, “Your Contacts”) into the application for the purpose of allowing you to invite such persons to download the application or to invite them to participate in certain activities, such as a yoga class. If you download Your Contacts, you grant ivivva permission to access and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy even if you have chosen not to make that information public. ivivva recognizes the privacy interests of children and ivivva encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Event Sign Up App

While our website is not targeted to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children on our website, we may collect information from minors – including teens and others – in our ivivva stores, using our Email and Event Sign Up App (the “App”). We use our App to collect information about guests (such as name, contact information and preferences), to register guests for special events, and to subscribe guests to our promotional emails in our store. Prior to collecting personal information from a child under the age of 13, ivivva will obtain consent from the child’s parent or guardian to the collection of his/her child’s information. In order to provide consent, parents must review our COPPA Direct Notice and acknowledge that they have read and agree to our Guardian Waiver.

Information We Collect. We may collect name, address, email address, birthdate, sizes, goals and preferences. We may collect this information from a child or from her parent (or legal guardian) – the parent or child may be asked to enter this information into the App, or to provide their information to an ivivva sales associate who will enter their information in the App.

How We Use this Information. We will use the information we collect via the App, in order to send information about events and other promotional content, to respond to requests, to register a person for special events, and as set forth in the Use of Your Personal Information section above.

How We Disclose Information. We do not sell or rent the personal information we collect to third parties. We may disclose it to service providers who we have engaged to provide services to us, and as set forth above in the Disclosure of Your Personal Information section above.

Your Rights Over Your Child’s Information. Parents and guardians have a right to review the personal information ivivva has collected about their child under the age of 13, to delete it, and to tell us to no longer use their child’s personal information. Parents may contact us to request access to or deletion of their child’s information or to tell us to stop contacting their child.
